I'm Shawn Richardson

I started my first design business in my 40s, after years as a stay-at-home mom. Although I had been working in design for some time, it was a pretty major reno to my own home that sparked my passion for renovating. 

Since then I have worked with many contractors and discovered that consistently, contractors fail in communicating well and generally lack a basic understanding of their client's goals. 

I created simple processes for my own clients that enhance the renovation experience, every time.
